Refund policy
We accept unused merchandise for return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please email us at hello@candascent.com for a return shipping label and refer to your order number found on your order confirmation email. We will process the refund or exchange once we receive your package. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your refund. For an exchange, we will ship your exchange at no extra charge. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
