Shipping
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping for all orders. We currently only ship within the continental United States. Our orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS and will take 3-10 days for delivery based on destination. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification and tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept unused merchandise for return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please email us at hello@candascent.com for a return shipping label and refer to your order number found on your order confirmation email. We will process the refund or exchange once we receive your package. For an exchange, we will exchange and ship your product(s) at no extra charge.
For returns, allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your refund. Returns will be subject to a $15 fee per return label which will be deducted from your refund. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
